25% Down of Price of the Animal. (Nonrefundable)
This will insure your place on the waiting list.
People will be contacted buy the dates on this form.
Balance is to be paid at time of Pick up or 5 months after the birth of the animal
(You will have to a 2% interest on the balance owed.)
Animal is to be picked no later then 30 days after it's 5th month, if not there will be a $1.00 a day boarding fee per animal added to the bill to be paid when the animal is picked up.
